GST Registration: A Step-by-Step Guide

There is no single GST number in Rajkot. Each business in Rajkot has its GST number, a 15-digit alphanumeric code. The GST Process can be completed in the following steps

The GST registration application form can be found on the GST portal. The form is divided into several sections, and you must provide information about your business, address, and authorized signatories.

The required documents must be scanned and uploaded as PDF files. The documents that you need to upload will depend on the type of business that you have. For example, if you are a sole proprietor, you must upload your PAN card, identity proof, and address proof.

The GST registration fee is Rs. 1000 for businesses with a turnover of less than Rs. 50 lakh, and Rs. 2000 for businesses with a turnover of more than Rs. 50 lakh. The fee can be paid online through the GST portal.

Once you have submitted your application and paid the fee, the GST authorities will process your application. The processing time typically takes 3-7 working days.

Once your application has been processed, you will receive an email notification from the GST authorities. The email will contain your GST registration certificate.
